By accessing and using Life-Sparring ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Use, please do not use the Service.
Life-Sparring is a health and fitness tracking platform that allows users to monitor, analyze, and improve their physical wellbeing through the collection and visualization of health data, fitness metrics, and integration with third-party health services.
You must create an account to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.
You must be at least 16 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy. You acknowledge that health data you provide may be sensitive and agree that we will handle it in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

The Service may integrate with third-party services (such as Garmin, Apple Health, Google Fit, Strava, and Withings). Your use of these third-party services is governed by their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices or content of these third-party services.

Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service
Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service
Upload or transmit viruses or any other malicious code
Collect or harvest any personally identifiable information from other users
Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Life-Sparring Limited and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. The Life-Sparring name and logo are trademarks of Life-Sparring Limited and may not be used without permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Life-Sparring Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
Your use or inability to use the Service
Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein
Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code that may be transmitted to or through the Service
Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Life-Sparring Limited, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. You may terminate your account at any time through the app settings.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Life-Sparring Limited is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
